Summary

After the Destroyer saw itself cornered and it's allies falling one by one, it sacrificed everything in one last ditch attempt to destroy the Technological city, he hijacked a plane and flew to a city nearby, after which he disappeared until a day later where he appeared in the middle of the halloween event in District 15, in front of Credes Burkhalter he revealed his identity after infiltrating the city, telling him he waited very long for such an opportunity. There and then, war started, Destroyer unleashed his power obliterating everything and everyone in a 100 meter radius, and so, chaos started as the strongest anti skill arrived at the place and initiated confrontation with this being who held nothing back, anihilating all signs of prosperity, after 1 hour most of the civilians were sucessfully evacuated to safe shelters, and the Wardens didn't need to hold back. The prolonged engagement took 3 hours, where, after receiving many blows the Destroyer finally gave in to exhaustion and was knocked out by Leonard. Currently there are no known ways to kill the Destroyer as it is virtually imortal, so the city holds him prisoner until he dies of age. He is held in ██████ ███████████ ███ ██████ ███████████, where he is constantly watched by The Wardens through ██████ ███████, the prisoner is to be ███ ████ ███ ██████████ ███ ███ ██████ ███ ██ ██████████ ███████ ████ █████ ██████████ ██████████ ████████ ████ ███ ███████████ ██ ████ ██ ████████ ██ █████████ ███ ████ ████████ ████ ██ ████ ██ ████ ███ █████ ██ ██ █████ ██ ██ ████ ██ █████ ████ ████████ ███ ██ ██████ ██████ ███ ██ ████ until help arrives.

Outcome

Many valuable lives were lost as such, masses mourned the death of their relatives that day, many were enraged and frustrated, and anti power protests began happening around the globe, people were afraid of another Destroyer. 

The sheer destruction of the fight cost millions in repairs to Technopolis, without even accounting for the legal processes that were taken against it due to the event, the incident also destroyed part of the wall, so many people started going into the city illegally.

Aftermath

The city lost many resources and had to be indebted to many countries around the world just to try and restore some of it, giving priority to the families who were in need after losing important ones and property within the city, then the schools of district 15, Technopolis school was partially destroyed and Gakuken was destroyed completely, many less popular schools had to be relocated, some even underground due to the terrain where the battle happened being too unstable for buildings.
Additional regulations and laws regarding Mind Mutations or Powers were placed due to the event, making so that all super power users had to be constantly monitored and a separated power level scale was developed with levels 1-5.

Experiments regarding the mutations also received stricter regulation after public backlash, many around the world created a sentiment agaisnt the city due to the destroyer incident.
Due to funding and illegal occupation issues, district 7 and District 15 never were rebuilt completely, giving room to district 19 which was later recognized as it's own district.

Historical Significance

To many historians the discovery of Mind Mutations or Powers was the mark of an era, this event solidified that even further, it was documented on all sorts of media, the failure of an era.

Technological Advancement

The need to stop the Destroyer created many advancements in the research on how to deal with superpowered individuals, with many tactics and gadgets being created, which include Nullifying bullets, Supressing gas, Power inhibitors, etc. which helped a lot in the fight against criminals who turned against the city, and helped those who had troubles with their powers.
