Governance

The city of Vecos is ruled by the Great Council which is presided over by the Grand Duke of Vecos. Membership in the council consists of the Merchant Lords, representatives of the major Guilds of Vecos, and more recently, representatives from the Vaylorian Sovereignty. The Great Council also makes decisions for the Commonwealth of Vecos, the trade alliance that dominates most of Leostria.
