After years of evading the authorities, Joseph Dawn and a group of Shadows were discovered in the small plains town of Hellford by a patrolling garrison of Dominion soldiers. The garrison lay siege to the town, and massacred nearly every living soul, including Dawn. The town remains abandoned to this day; folks who have visited the ruins claim that it's haunted by the ghosts of the Dominion’s victims.
