The Web of Time
A large town under the rule of the Lycoris family. It used to be a more key player in Fate cult politics, however since Amelica Lycoris, the paladin who was born and previously served there, broke her oath and ran away it has fallen out of wider favour.
The Web of Time is ruled by a theocraically backed noble family known as the Lycoris family. The mother, Arachnia Lycoris is the High Priestess in the region and she and her children and subordinates control much of the town's day to day workings.
Demographics
Large drow population, also many duregar, there is also a large human population but they are underrepresented in town politics.
