The Sailor was born into hardship, being part of a marginalized group in Wa . She never let her hard life make her bitter or weigh her down, always striding forward in the hopes of one day finding peace. After many adventures, she found more than she could have ever hoped for, yet she never neglected the duties that were given to her or the people she cared about.
Amaya Hayashi (or simply Hayashi) is a direct, confident, and bold person, often depicted with her extravagant jacket, her hair perfectly tossed in the wind, and a confident smile on her face. She and her followers follow a code of honor that demands them to aid their community however they can, with deeds big and small, they are expected to give a portion of their earnings back to their community.
There is no central authority figure of the cult, nor is there a codified orthodoxy, this means that each temple or shrine interprets her words in different ways. The buildings built in her name are usually built near bodies of water, be it rivers, lakes, or the sea. Her cult has built 2 important temples that act as pilgrimage sites for the faithful, one is located on the outskirts of the city of Inani, near the great lake, and the other is located in the city of Mori in Wa, near the port.
Due to the lack of codified religious practices, most of the religious practices and rituals are derived from the local practices of whichever region the cult is located.

Divine Intercession:

Minor Boon: The Pantheon’s most proud deity ensures your boasts hit home. Once, when you fail an Intimidation check, you critically succeed instead. Hayashi grants this boon capriciously based on his mood, sometimes even for trivial or inconsequential boasts, and he sometimes grants it for other skill checks related to boasts.
Moderate Boon: Fair winds and currents speed your passage. Any vessel you use to travel over the sea gains a +10-foot status bonus to its Speeds.
Major Boon: The instruments of the storm spare you from their fury. You ignore all effects and penalties caused by precipitation and winds, and you can see normally through fog, rain, and other weather conditions.
Minor Curse: Hayashi’s belligerence hangs over you like a thunderhead. You take a –1 status penalty to checks with Charisma-based skills. If you consume even a drop of alcohol, this penalty becomes –3 until the next sunrise.
Moderate Curse: Your heart is as quick to change as Hayashi’s. If you roll a failure on a saving throw against an emotion effect, you get a critical failure instead.
Major Curse: The Wave Rider’s ire follows you wherever you go. The weather in a 500-foot radius around you is always stormy. Roughly twice each minute you are outside, you are struck by a bolt of lightning that deals 10d6 electricity damage (DC 40 basic Reflex save).
