Royal Dragon

Royal dragons are a unique breed of dragons that are less sentient than typical dragons. They are unique in that there are so little of them, and none of them appear to be capable of laying eggs yet. They are more beastial than they are draconic, with feathers over their scales and bird-like screeches.
