Daybreaker
Daybreaker is the spirit of the sun of another world. She was brought into Terra by Midnight after the end of the war against her "sister" Nightmare Moon.
During the war, she was wooed by a Lunarian spy who fell into her world with Midnight named Laser Sights. Together they have a son called Scorched Land who she has a very rocky relationship with.
Daybreaker is a grouchy and morose being who stays in an alicorn form despite not really being any particular species, similar to a domain goddess. In 2012, after the war to retake the Crystal Empire, Daybreaker makes a decision to make an effort to become a better person to those she is around, including her sister, son, and nephew.
