Orc

Orcs are the remnants of ancient daemon armies that once conquered much of Terra Rynn during the Age of Ruin. Thought to have been echinder in the beginning, these people were warped by daemonic energies and transformed into a conquering army enthralled by the great daemon lords of ages past. After the sundering, the hold of the daemon lords broke, and the orcs managed to rest agency and control over their own away from their masters. However, after centuries of war, the Orcs have changed, physically and socially, and have lived under the shadow of their past.  

The Orgol

The Orgol are but one of many tribes of Orcs that broke away from the daemon lords control after the sundering, and have sought to build a society of their own in the post-daemon world. Physically, they still clearly exhibit many of the signs of demonic curse: they are taller, stronger, and more muscular. They often have a porcine-like face, tusks, and skin that ranges from mottled green, dark grey, or brown.   Natural Spiritualists. For any number of reasons, many of which are easy to imagine, the Orgol never found a strong connection to either the old or new gods of Rynn. A couple of deities have achieved some level of renown and respect, but the orgol have never elevated their reverence for any deity beyond that of an ancestor. Instead, most orgol may pay their respects to the great ancestors of their own, and to the primal spirits of Rynn, whom they consider the most honest of all great entities.   Horse and Bow. Despite their greater physical speed and strength, the orgol have sought mastery over tools and weapons that are often a means to compensate for weaker physiques. While the cause of this pursuit is unknown, the result is a tradition of warfare that is matched by few. While the orgol possess little skill in fortifying locations or developing complex tools, their ability to utilize more basic tools to devastating effect.   Sleeping Giants. The orgol are, above all else, a people born with a talent for conflict and war. Regardless of the motivations of individual orgol, it is undeniable that in the current era, the Orgol people possesses a ruthless capability for destruction. Given the number and size of their tribes, would the orgol be united, they would constitute one of the greatest geopolitical forces on the continent. Yet, the orgol have remained divided, and are often just as interested in fighting each other, as any external rival. Their future remains a mystery, as they sit on the edge between greater integration or supremacy over their territorial neighbors.
