Emperor Valus Rarmon, the First
Valus Rarmon was the first emperor of Valonia Empire. He was responsible for leading the war of independence against the Empire of Kritus as well as crushing them until its demise, making the centuries-long cultural conflict came to an end.

Early Life
He was born and raised in the Grand Palace, Valone, the eldest son of Ikanos III of Rarmon Dynasty, and Hopia Tanilius the queen from the Tanilius Family. Throughout his childhood he learned how to live as any nobles did: luxurious, greedy, and arrogance. In fact, it was the period of golden age and monarchs' wealthy was at its highest. Traditionally, he was chosen to be the heir of the throne after his father, to become the 17th king of the Kingdom of Valonia.
In 30 BVE however, everything he wanted fell apart. The Kingdom had lost to the Empire of Kritus as the enemies breached the city wall amd entered the palace. His family got killed right before his eyes. Only him escaped.
The last thing he saw before he left that place was Kolonus ordering his guards to execute his father and all the relatives who were earlier got caught, right before his eyes.
Since then, he had been living his teenage years alone: no personal servants, only himself. Sometimes he met another royal family like Indus. He started to learn the way of lower-class people, which he gradually accepted, but not a single day he would forgive what the empire and the emperor did to him and his country.
The Savior
After 10 years under The Old Lord, he ready to take what he belonged. But first, he need a team.
He secretly gathered people from the bar at Sarton, carefully planning strategies and infiltration. As such, the rebellion began to shape. However, delays occured many times from many reason like hiding from Kritus or invested some adventure. When he was ready, 5 years had already passed. Surprisingly, he found out that the revolution took only 5 days.
That small victory were turned into more bigger war. Even he had smaller army compared to them, he decided to kept going with it. No way he could surrendered to the man who took everything from him. After 15 years of fighing, the empire finally capitulate to his mighty army.
His men entered the palace, and Kolonus was executed. Then he declared himself a new ruler here, and Valus Era (VE) started at 1 VE. He coronated at Knirk and didn't came back to his hometown until a year later to deal with blind hatred from Knirk citizens.
Later years
Although he got back his early lifestyle, he didn't feel the same anymore. He became more empathetic and down to earth. He enacted restriction of slavery, tighten police system, and trying at best integrating two nations together.
Other then that, he wrote the book Conquest with Stability, a war guide for his heir to fulfil his great dream, which later turned into the family myth and motto.
He died peacefully in 25 VE inside his palace. The funeral was held the following days, cremating in the Temple of Luum and the urn was placed inside the king's tomb inside the grand palace. In honor of his duties, a large marble statue was placed on the northern side of the tower, to honor him as long as the Valonia exist.
His son Rondius continue to succeed the throne.

In theory, the goal might be tough and unobtainable, but with the advanced arms and generational plan, he believed it would became possible.

At some time during the king's lowest time, Indus family invited him to live with. the family's latest child, Parlov, became his best friend.
Separation tear us apart, the land under a single government will bring us to an absolute peace.
One night, while he's spying under the palace's sewer, he found the secret chamber which never been opened for centuries. The inside was some sort of scroll which also never been revealed. As he researched it back to the hideout, he found out that it was an evident that possibly led to the mythical stone.
He decided to send group of expedition to seek for it. Even the mission was succeeded, he decided to kept it secret anyway. Instead, he sent it to his friend, Parlov Indus, to weaponize it.
The result was guns and cannons.
