The goddess of magic of
Ossyria. Her followers are greedy magicians, seeking the arcane knowledge wherever it is. Clerics seek out the arcane arts to further their goals and reveal secrets of magic (mainly for themselves).
History
Hekatoi was a great seeker of knowledge and a member of the
God-Kings of Ossyria. She sought the magic to return their deserts into the jungles, studying the
Foundation Pillars. Her journey brought her to many places, thus she was absent in many political actions her allies made. She returned after
Ascension of the Mummy God event, seeing the destruction of her cleric,
Setkuteth, she decided to stay and help the people of
Azura fight off the elements. After many centuries, her greed for the arcane grew and she demanded the
Wise One, whom she allied at least once in history, to become his successor. When that didn't happen, she returned on her journeys to find mystical knowledge. This time writing it all down for the future, so it won't be lost like after the
Fourth Age, The Calamity.

Relationships with other Gods
She had a close relationship with
Wise One and became one of the few non-Elves who were his students, but the god quickly saw through her greed and sent out the goddess on many "dead end" journeys. Her greed for knowledge turned into hatred, thus she sees the
Loyal Student as her enemy, if not rival. She is a member of the
Ossyrian Pyramid, after the events of the
Fourth Age, The Calamity she is there frequently.
