It is here that the dead reside. Far from the Shadow Reflection or the Vecna's Palace, these lands are filled with the dead of many beings that failed to get to the Afterlife or died in the planes. It is said that once a planar being dies in the planes, its essence lands here, either to be distributed or to create another undead creature. This lands is ruled by the Undying Court, powerful liches that serve no master, even the god of undeath, Vecna himself.
