The witchcracy in the Likouala Jungles dates back to the Third Age, Kingdoms. This kingdom fell many times during the millennia, due to inner conflict, natural disasters, or war with other nations. After the Post-Calamity Era of the Fifth Age, Current Age, they were able to rebuild their nation, steered by a secret cabal of witches. Very few know the truth, as the most inner circle is composed of Hags, who are as ancient as the jungles themselves. They see controlling population as a game in itself and their puppet witches do their bidding and in turn the local populace. Do not anger a witch as you will only bring her wrath upon you. In the last years, they lost a lot of ground due to the ever-expanding nation of Mosparia.
