Malaren Lakes

Malaren the Richfinder was a powerful great wyrm and a bronze dragon. He travelled to Venland before the end of Second Age, Godswar and found many of the Dragonborn now without their creator. He decided to take care of them. The Dragonborn of Draconia call him the founder of their nation, even if only he was the inspiration. The lakes were renamed after him, when the country of Draconia was established.
