The Seawatch District

The Seawatch District is a distinctive neighborhood in Oratin, located along the city's picturesque coastline. Stretching along the shores of the Arkbay, the Seawatch District offers stunning views of the sparkling ocean and easy access to the city's bustling port. Inside the Seawatch District there's plenty of shops and artisians, for example The Iron Anchor Forge is located there. It is however primarily residential, with a mix of housing options ranging from quaint seaside cottages to luxurious waterfront villas. Many of the homes are built in a distinctive maritime style, with shingled roofs, white-painted exteriors, and nautical-themed decor.

The district has a close-knit fishing community that operates along the shoreline. Fishermen and fisherwomen set out in colorful boats to bring back the day's haul, which is often sold at local markets or used in nearby restaurants. The Oratin Guardians maintain a visible presence in the Seawatch District, ensuring the safety and security of residents and visitors.
