Flail Snail

Flail Snails, as their name suggests, are gigantic snails with flails on their heads. Their shell has anti-magic properties, and, as such, they are highly resistant to spells of any kind. They are not particularly fast, and leave behind a residue that crystallizes into a kind of glass. Like their shells, flail snail goo has anti-magic properties, and can fetch a high price if one manages to get a sample large enough to make lenses or windows.
Plot Events
"Trouble at Shelmont Stakes"
Several flail snails spend their days racing at Shelmont Stakes racetrack, and the day the party arrived on the scene was mostly like any other for the majority of the racing snails there. For the duration of their stay at the racetrack, the party was able to bear witness to about half of an entire snail race, with the 1st-place prize that day going to a snail named Questionable Choice.Meanwhile, another snail named Snecretariat spent a part of their day fighting off some cultists with help from the party. No snails were injured in the making of this quest.
