Nehereseth

Nehereseth, god of crocodiles and reptiles, keeper of knowledge and magicks. He is one of the eldest of the pantheon and mate of Ra-Avan. Father of Mar-Aduk and Achnon-Ankh and patron of mages and scholars.   Nehereseth is depicted as a robed man with the head of a crocodile. He carries the tome of all knowledge. He is a gentle god, that inspires curiosity and wisdom in his followers. He is, together with Ra-Avan, his mate, one of the most important deities of the pantheon and worshipped as such.

7th of Rosebloom   During Day of Elightenment, Nehereseth is honored and crocodiles are worshipped. Mass sermons are held and teachings in the many temple-libraries are attended. Feasts in honor of the old, wise god are held.
