Giant

Giants, as the name suggests, are giant humanoid creatures that range from the size of 2 to 8 stories. They were carved from the enchanted mountains and trapped in the Mortal Realm when the universe divided the realms. During the Great Slumber, they'd hide in mountains, hills, and even the sky, transforming them into new variants of their original species.

Frost Giants

The original variant of giant, Frost Giants can grow far past the usual height range of other giants and has therefore been removed from the average height calculation. Because of their ginormous size, Frost Giants have difficulty living in the Mortal Realm and have been forced to live in large, flat tundras in order to be comfortable. The Frost Giants that have lived in the Mortal Realm since before the Great Slumber have since then evolved to shrink to a height similar to the other variants.

Fire Giants

A dwarven settlement was once built in the enchanted mountains, but after several conflicts with the giants over the area's resources, the two groups eventually warred against each other. The giants stormed the dwarven settlement and destroyed its central forge, causing the structure to explode, the explosion of which was amplified by the mountain's magic and covered half of the entire range in fire. The enchanted fire melted into the skin and muscles of the giants, causing them to become the variant of Fire Giant. The natural heat that is generated by this variant is a powerful tool in combat, but the life of the giant has become dependent on it, meaning they are forced to stay in incredibly hot areas (most commonly inside volcanoes), otherwise, they'll begin to burn out and die.

Stone Giant

The giants of the Mortal Realm that hid in its mountains lost their frost, revealing the true stone texture of their bodies. These giants used their stony bodies to camouflage in the mountains, where many continue to hide after the awakening.

Hill Giant

The giants that hid amongst the hills evolved to become short and round, allowing them to appear as hills. This variant is the most reliant on their ability to hide as their outer stone turned to a soft-dirt-like substance that allows grass to grow, but overall weakens their ability to take violent blows to their back and head.

Storm Giant

The most recent form of variant to appear, Storm Giants were Frost Giants that was struck by a lightning bolt from an Eldritch Storms. The Chosen began recruiting Frost Giants so they may use Eldrich Storms to transform them into this variant, which allows them to throw lightning, control the weather, create loud bursts of thunder, and easily maneuver and survive underwater.
