Howling Fjord
Howling Fjord is a zone located on the continent of Northrend in Azeroth. It is situated on the eastern coast of Northrend, directly north of the continent of Lordaeron. The zone is known for its cold, misty environment and its Viking-inspired architecture and themes.
Howling Fjord was once home to the vrykul, an ancient and powerful race of warriors who worshipped the elemental spirits. The vrykul were eventually driven out by the Iron Dwarves, who settled in the area and established the fortress city of Ironforge.
