Originally a subsidiary of the Gladstone crime family, the Two Hand Cartel is now under the control of Two Hand Luke and serves as a subsidiary of the Blackwater Company.History
The Two Hand Cartel is responsible for organizing the Two-Handed Market, a monthly event held on the Isle of Blackwake in conjunction with the Rusty Nail Tavern. The market attracts a range of unsavory characters looking to buy and sell all manner of illicit goods. However, the Two Hand Cartel is not limited to the Isle of Blackwake. They operate black markets in other locations throughout Azeroth, such as the Isle of Spears and the Isle of Sticks. These markets have been known to attract trouble, and conflicts have erupted in the past between the Two Hand Cartel and other criminal organizations, as well as with the Blackwater Company. Despite their reputation for being ruthless, the Two Hand Cartel has shown a willingness to switch allegiances when it suits their interests. In March of 36, after being attacked by Blackwater and their allies, the Two Hand Cartel was convinced to switch sides and work under Blackwater by Jaxton Brag, who had been captured and interrogated by Blackwater. Overall, the Two Hand Cartel is a powerful and dangerous criminal organization that operates in the shadows of Azeroth. Their reach is far and wide, and their activities are a constant source of concern for law-abiding citizens and other criminal organizations alike.
