Current Status
The Watercrest Clan is a relatively small but resourceful clan that is part of the Wyrmskull pirates, hailing from the lush and humid Sholazar Basin. Unlike other clans that typically favor the taming and use of drakes, the Watercrest Clan prefers to tame and ride the large flying beasts that inhabit the area. They are also known for their affinity with elemental magics, and are often seen using their abilities to control the elements to their advantage. Their leader is unknown.
History
Despite their relatively small size, the Watercrest Clan is a force to be reckoned with. They are skilled hunters and gatherers, able to provide for themselves with ease in the abundant resources of the Basin. They have also built their camps high up on the cliffs along the coast, affording them a strategic advantage in keeping an eye out for potential threats.
Their unique physical characteristics also set them apart from other vykrul clans. They are smaller in size, built for the heat and humidity of the Basin, with leaner and more muscular bodies. They are often adorned with tribal tattoos and piercings, reflecting their connection to elemental magic and the spirits of the land.
The Watercrest Clan is known for their independence and self-reliance, often staying out of the conflicts between other pirate clans and factions.
