Organization Head

The head of an organization can only be filled by one individual. There is a single head for The Bureau and The Association.

Appointment

This title is attained by following. If the mass of an organization follows you and you are considered the head, the associated organization will inherently provide all that comes with being an Organization Head. Control over form, guidance, and resources are naturally attributed to you. This allows for hostile takeovers, natural transitions, fractures, and solid lines.

Duties

An Organization Head is responsible for inhereting and enabling their organization's core believes.

Responsibilities

Organization Heads deterimine their own responsibilities but typically they include:

• Establishing goals, strucutre, and functions of the organization
• Determine and enforce heigharchy
• Make major escalated decisions

Benefits
