Helm

Helm, also known as the Vigilant One and The Watcher, is the God of protection. He is worshiped by guards and paladins both, long being seen as a cold and focused deity who impartially took the role of defender and sometimes also enforcer. He gave his strength to Davodir Proudmourn during The Founding War and it is said that Helms power has stayed with the Royal Family ever since.

Helm holds a personal grudge against Lathander, however, he reserves his real opposition for deities whose plots threaten the people and stability of The Capital Isle, especially Bane, Cyric, Mask, and Shar. He is also especially at odds with the uncontrolled violence and careless destruction of the deities Malar, and Talos.
Helms ideology finds him aligning with Tempus, but the only god who is considered a full ally of the Watcher is Torm.
