Lathander
Lathander, also referred to as The Morninglord, is the God of Birth and Renewal. He is a deity of creativity, dawn, life, athletics, spring, self-perfection, vitality and youth. He favours those who dispel the undead and blessed those who planted new life. Lathander is also the god called upon to bless birth and fertility related ceremonies.
He was one of the first two gods, alongside Cyric, and is believed to be the founder of all that is good as well as the forefather of good aligned deities in the Pantheon of The Capital Isle. Lathnader is unable to comprehend evil and made a concerted effort to deny Cyric his evil machinations. He used his influence in the Divine Court to introduce several peices of divine law to slight his evil counterpart. Lathander is responsible for removing Cyric as the God of Death as well as the implementation of The Bystander Principle to stop Cyric from manipulating the people of the Isle. He even put forward the motion to Banish Cyric from mount Celestia that ultimatley removed Cyric's power.
