Musings on Numerology in the Infinities

I have been combing over my work of late — the queen still refuses to grant me an audience — and have begun to notice a pattern in the structure of the world... Nothing I would publish to a society, certainly, but worth writing down. Perhaps, as my journey continues, I will find other specimens.

Observation

There are three Creator Gods on each side of the Mirror, which combine to make a single entity, which comprises one half of the Godhead. While we may easily draw the line to Harmonic Trinitarianism from there, there are also three relics crafted during the Twilight War, three types of stable magic, three Owls of Dylath-Leen, and three ways to ascend above being mortal. There are four Towers, four elements, four public System functions, four cardinal directions, and four sentient Splinters of Jack Turin recognized by the Skinless.   There are seven chosen by Bast at End Day, and thirteen to ride against them. There are seven sins — pitfalls for mortals to avoid in order to be goodly — and Thirteen Agonies. Thirteen constellations in the Cosmic Caravan! Goodness, as I write, I recall that there were once thirteen planets in the Golarion system, before Damiar and Iovo crashed together to create the Diaspora. Even better: how many powerful magical relics restore themselves after seven days?

The Sequence

When these numbers are placed in sequence, the pattern seems trivial: 3, 4, 7, and 13. But the more I analyze, the more I seem to find new connections! Four is the only non-prime, and thus lacks the metaphysical stability of the others. Thus with every four, there seems to be the three, and the one that tears them apart. Vulreach stands out among the Towers for its role in End Day, fire is a transitive plane that touches upon the Astral as well as the Material, and we Gnomes have not forgotten the strange chillness that the other birds held for Carrot.   I haven't yet discovered how this pattern carries to the higher numbers, but this notion of "hidden" numbers in the sequence draws other conclusions. 4-3=1, 7-4=3, and 13-7=6. Hidden ones, threes, and sixes. I see many of these across history. The Owls, which Raemus kept hidden from his peers, and dear Grimal, left alone in his strangeness. The Last, and his quest against the Old, Black, and Mad. The halves of the Godhead, hidden behind their three aspects. The number of secret councils I have uncovered made of six members, or this recent business with the six emperors, is a footnote for another day.   I will have to bridge this topic with those I trust — the others will think me mad. Perhaps they will be able to identify patterns I cannot see...
