The Burning Wastes
The Burning Wastes is a large expanse of molten crust surrounded and divided by the roiling lava that covers the moon of Varos. It is home to a number of fire elementals, prison miners, and red dragons. In particular, the dragon Rastelviri calls the Burning Wastes home, and is regularly seen swimming through the magma.
