Location: Located near the bridge Dolphin, near the Neverwinter River
Physical Description:
Clearly one of the most impressive buildings in Neverwinter
Stands at least three stories tall
Many windows, some regular, others ornate stained glass
Inside, the ceilings themselves are not visible, but instead a sky of stars replaces it. (makes it look like you are staring into a night sky)

- Houses a teleportation circle
- Repository for chronicled learning
- Houses maps, history, hundreds of poems, & chapbook produced and procured over the centuries.
- Has heard of rumors of undead in the graveyard; assumes it has something to do with necromancy, but not sure of much more than that. None of the undead have been spotted during the daytime, nor outside the grounds of the graveyard, so the Wizards are not really worried.
- During the summer months, they do business with the populace by providing ice.
