Evalyn East was the former Queen of the Seafolk. She was ideologically opposed to taking the role of Queen, but was obligated to take the throne. She used her time on the throne to reduce the power she and her successors would have, a goal that her daughter would later bring to a conclusion.
She was the mother of Florence and Seabrook East, and the grandmother of Maya and Ignacia East.
