Noctan

Noctan is the language spoken by the Owlblood on the Moonside of Noctaliya.
This was the language brought over to Magicians' End by the Owlblood who moved there after the installation of the Noctaliyan Gate in the Time of Terrors and it is still spoken in and around Quarowl.
Some small elements of the language have made their way into minor aspects of the human language of Ossanifrean.
