Neo Bygeniou, the Holy City
The Holy City of Neo Bygeniou is the great capital of Victoria, and home of the Holy Thermydorian Empire. Neo Bygeniou was previously known as Babylon, the Divine City, but after the previous governmental entity was dismantled, Azriel Thermydor reformed both the city and the reigns of politics. Now, Neo Bygeniou, named after Azriel's old home, stands as the peak of hyper-advanced civilization and technology as Manatech runs through the veins of every single minute aspect of the city and the daily livelihood of its citizens.
As a vast city home to about 3 million people, it is also the main location of most technology corporations that helped usher in the new age of technology, such as Rayleonardt Technologies, Wingdium Systems, and Taurus Securities Industry. Due to the great commerce and great number of traveling adventurers, a number of bounty hunter organizations have also been established, such as the independently-run Mercenary's Guild where the skilled can earn money and self-serving reputations. In addition, academic institutions have also found their place in Neo Bygeniou, like the Dragonic Arms Academy, where attendees of the age of 15 to 28 can enroll to learn and adapt combative skills.
