First-Mate Biras
There are many sailors who fancy themselves a master of the ocean, many who have claimed to have seen it all. Biras Tendamo is one of the few who can back up those claims. A Dunmer sailor of immense experience, having served in the Imperial Navy during The Great War with Captain Turo, First-Mate Biras has adventured across all of Tamriel and there isn't much that he hasn't seen.
Biras is never seen far away from his companion, Skip, who was rescued by Biras and Captain Turo following small eruption of Red Mountain a few years ago. The Vvardvark is a loyal friend and helps Biras ensure the ship and its crew are kept in tip-top shape.
