Miranda is the frozen moon orbiting Caliban.

History

For the majority of Sycoran society's history, Miranda only played host to a few research outposts dedicated to searching under the ice shelves for valuable resources.
Eventually, Miranda became a hotbed for weapons testing and after, battlefields. The frozen moon is home to innumerable ice caves interlinked by tunnels world-wide and is the perfect place for smugglers, criminals, exiles, and rebels to hide. The Sycoran Martial Council is aware of more than a few Sycorax Free Alliance cells that call Miranda home, but are rarely ever to pin down the dissidents long enough to take action before they slip away once more.
