Pam Rone
Once an official for the Uni Gov before the Phalian Coup. The old Government officials were being transferred to the Phalian ranks and those that didn't go with the regime were executed discretely. Pam went along with things, while disagreeing with many of the Federation's methods. She thought she would be able to steer the government in a better path if she stayed at her position, but her plan changed when she stumbled upon the truth of the twisted things the Federation was doing and planning to do. She then got into contact with the early Golden Shield and acted as a spy, giving the rebellion crucial information for several years. Throughout Pam's time as a High Engineer for the TPD, she came into contact with other well-known Phalian Officers, such as Dr. Ratt, High Commander Shalls, and the chilling Malanvia. Pam was a very persistent and clever woman, with a good heart and brave soul.

Pam and Noah first met at a United Government meeting. They became decent friends, and kept in contact after the United Government dissolved and was replaced by the federation.
