To act as a central hub for the many diverse members of the TPD. There are workshops, testing chambers, materials, and etc available for any TPD member's disposal.

Resembles a largely traditional mansion of English-like stature. Boxy, tall, large - 3 stories, an underground, a surrounding campus-like plaza is present arround the mansion.
Defenses
Constant patrols of XK-13s and Organic Law Enforcement.
Tourism
Tourism is allowed. The TPD offers indoor tours frequently, these are heavily regulated and monitored however.
