Malanvia
Chairwoman (a.k.a. The Secretary)
An android created by Edward Ratt. She was created per Highlord's request, and works essentially as a bridge between Highlord and Ratt, and the people that work below them. Malanvia worked well and efficiently for many years, before she began to have thoughts. Her programming saw some unforeseen progressions. She took very well to Ratt, and adopted some of his traits, namely his treachery and love for robotics. Her love of robots became fanatic, she started to despise organics and other people, she held an exceptional dislike for cyborgs, as she saw them as inferior to robots, she didn't like the human mind. Thus, she started making deals and planning behind the backs of everyone in the Phalian Federation, taking initiative in inventing her own tools of destruction. She retained a special place in her mechanical heart for Ratt, but when he became a cyborg as well, she went ballistic.
