During Labrat's early life he and his family lived on the surface level of Imperial City, his family was troublesome and he grew to be abused in every facet. Manipulated and harassed by his own parents and 5 siblings, he lost his unconditional happiness at age 4 and begun spiraling down a path of suffering. He had started drawing up plans to sabotage his own family and started stirring up trouble at school. The subject of robotics had always fascinated Edward, he started reading books/searching for classes on robotics at age 12, and excelled. When Edward had decided to dedicate himself to his goal of rising to the top and enacting revenge on the people that wronged him, school breezed by and he easily got the degrees he needed. After securing a position of power in the United Government Senate, he made certain deals and arrangements and had his whole family locked away in various prisons. Highlord contacted Labrat to help him take over the government (The Purge.) Labrat knew Highlord was manipulating him from the start, and naturally, being used as a tool since childhood, he made up plans in his mind to betray Highlord when he showed weakness.
