Cetus
Prior to the year 3302 InE, this great country was most famous for its overwhelmingly friendly population, but now Cetus's histories are stained with the terrible name of Mira. Now, most of its inhabitants have fled, terrified of the one known as Fillin.
Infrastructure
Naturally, being located in the Lower Lands would mean that most of Cetus is currently being used as either farmland or low-quality housing for the unfortunate souls who work it. However, unlike neighboring countries, most of these products aren't exported but kept to feed its own citizens. Such independence was achieved thanks to Mira and the Nightprowler, which made transactions of any kind an unnerving event for Highland businesses.
