Avang
An interesting merchant city run by an interesting little goblin.
A medium-sized city-state run by the goblin Cyrus Brightstar.
It's primarily a trading merchant city; clothing, crafting equipment and the occasional smithing/mining wares. Because the city connects Eastern Vaasa with Western Vaasa, Avang is one of the only standing cities in Eastern Vaasa so the city makes it's money by being a "pit stop" for travelers and merchants.
Cyrus is a fairly benign ruler, being a goblin it was tricky taking over but through some especially clever maneuvering he managed to become the "mayor" of the city.
The city was ransacked and taken over by the Sonuk. Galgorath runs the city now and his purpose here is to prevent trade from making it's way into the Riuke. Roughly 2,000 inhabitants, currently controller by roughly 100 Sonuk warriors. Patrols of 3 wander the city's outside walls and all throughout. Galgorath resides in the main mansion where Cyrus was before.

Mostly humans with the occasional goblins and tieflings.
Government
Run by Cyrus Brightstar and enforced by a "police" that answer only to him.
Now run by Galgorath, and run with an iron fist.
Defences
Guards outside the Easter and Western gates with parapits and guard towers along the city walls.
Wall patrols at all times by Sonuk. Inside the city they are constantly patrolling looking for an excuse to cause a ruckus.
Infrastructure
The western 33% of the city is one giant trading post. Various stands and outcroppings designed for merchants of any kind to display their wares.
No more merchants outside their shops. People give half of their money and goods on a weekly basis.
Assets
Cyrus has a personal stash of items; the "police" have the only armory in town and keep most of the weapons locked away.
Galgorath has brought anything worth having into the main mansions.
