Head Master

Head Master is the title given to heads of the various colleges of Eaglecliff University Deanship. it can also be granted as an honorary title to those who have contributed to the university in some way.
Headmasters are alowed almost complete authority over their college, answering only to the current Grand Master.

Requirements

To be a Head Master of a college, one already needs to be a Master. Different colleges have different ways of choosing but the most common is a display of skill or knowlege in the chosen subject to the current Head Master and the Grand Master. The Head Master or the Grand Master chooses the successor but generally a Head Master stays in that position til they either retire or die.

Duties

Management of the college, teaching master level students as well as overseeing any organisations below them if any, hiring and removal of teachers.
