Dragon of Origin

Yurnith, now simply referred to as Yurnith's Fall, is the dead body of a titanic dragon that has since become a continent to the south.
Prior to her death, Yurnith as a prideful and powerful dragon who ruled the world as her own personal lair. Little is known if she created the world, found it empty or destroyed whatever came before. All we know is that she would make incursions to other worlds taking back riches to add to her immense hoard.
At some point, either the world or Yurnith attracted the attention of the traveling god Rainor who seemed to take issue with Yurnith stealing from other worlds just to horde in an empty one. The two beings fought for thousands of years at a stalemate until Rainor was able to rip the spirit from Yurniths body and shatter it, becoming the first Dragon Kings. It is said that each Dragon King reprisents an aspect of Yurnith; Red being her rage, gold being her curiosity, Amethyst being her understanding and so on. Some dragons believe that should the Dragon Kings stop their eternal war for domination over Yurnith's dead body, they may be able to fuse and resurrect Yurnith to depose Rainor as overgod.
Following the death of Yurnith, the newly created Greatwyrm Dragon Kings would be come to be known as both primordial Dragon Kings and the children of Yurnith. Her children would spend the next tens of thousands of years fighting for teritory on her dead body. some would leave the fighting to persue their own goals, others died or were killed by other kings. The only other thing that remains of Yurnith's great power is The Everfire that still belches out fire from her dead and fossilized maw.
