Red Hand Conscripts

The Red Hand Conscripts are a military order of Kerhofn Hall. All adults are forced to join the military and serve no less than three years in active duty. After their service they still remain as conscripts not in active duty. This means they must still report for training a minimum one weekend a month.
The Red Hand Conscripts are considered lesser to the elite force of soldiers known as the The Black Crows which service as policemen and officers. The Red Hand Guard looks down on the Red Hand Conscripts and often bully them.
The Red Hand Conscripts are not viewed as a reliable military force by N'jal Odger. The forced training and humiliation at the hands of the Red Hand Guard is a means of social control rather than true military training because it forces the common people to show obedience to N'jal Odger and create a sense of hopelessness.

Structure

The organization is not allowed to have officers or leaders in the traditional sense, but like any organization they have unofficial men and woman who actually lead regardless of title.
