Acosaphaura Firearms (Ah-KO-sah-FOW-rah)

'The Acosaphaura Firearms' is a loose term applied by the few in the know to the four original prototype firearms -- two long-barreled pistols and two rifles -- engineered and produced by Devatska Acosaphaura in 964AC, and presented to the Ustrarian Gild of Craftsmen in the same year. Both types are constructed of ironwood and brightlescia, and utilize enstreng as a propellant and muqa or (more reliable) brightlescia bullets.   The Quelldraw Act of 964AC formally outlawed research into, construction of, purchase/trade of, and use of firearms of any form, including components, engineering diagrams and instructions, and enstreng and related explosives. However, this has not totally stopped black market production and 'poor imitations' of Devatska's work.   The Pistols
  • One of the pair is in Devatska's possession still.
  • Both hold five rounds.
  The Rifles
  • One of the pair is in Devatska's possession still.
  • They are loosely based on the Ferguson rifle in design.
