Harandil Circus

The Harandil Circus is a group of Snow Elves that travel throughout the Casmera, Northern, and Voldaren regions of the world. They originally were seen by Namina when she used the abilities provided by the Tattoo Artist in The Night City of Dorchar. She saw her brother captured, swimming in a massive tank and being stared at by patrons. A Snow Elf was also present and barking orders at her sibling. They were seen again by Namina when she used the ability again. This time the tank was covered, nothing was visible, but the voice of Quince was heard welcoming the Circus into the Spirit World. They were seen again when Namina was speaking to the Chittering Spirit. In this vision she saw them traveling through Tympi's Forest. The tank holding her brother was covered up, and the members of the circus began to stretch out and become worm-like depictions of themselves stretching from the moment they entered the Spirit World to a final moment involving an important looking Snow Elf sitting on a Throne somewhere far to the northwest. This elf was holding a greatsword, a black banner, and a black crown. The throne he sat on was made of stone, and the surrounding area appeared to be incredibly old and of Elven architecture.

Structure

Not much is known about this circus beyond their connection to someone called The Usurper. In Namina's vision she learned some Cursed Knowledge about this Usurper from the Chittering Spirit. Cursed Knowledge

"The usurper is one known as Anguish, and his Black Banner has torn open holes into the material plane. He was once a jester until he rose to power. He has armies, jesters, and power at his disposal. He has taken control of what should belong only to the ancient darkness of my creator."
