Simol's Village

Simol's Village is a location in The Gates. It is located in Tympi's Forest on the east side of the path. The village is led by Simol and populated with Fruit Hags. According to The Field Guide, the Fruit Hags here come off as kind though their fruit is not to be trusted. According to The Citizens of Greed, the leader of this village, Simol, has information that may be of interest to Kaswink, especially in regards to her curse.

Demographics

Simol's Village is entirely populated with Fruit Hags. There will sometimes be the occasional mortal or spirit, and they do have a variety of pets including strange potato-like creatures and others.

History

Not much is known about the History of this village besides the events that unfolded with The Writer.

Points of interest

The hag gardens in this village tend to have some very unusual fruits and vegetables, hense the name Fruit Hags. These fruits could be incredibly beneficial for your health, or quite the detriment depending on what is ingested. The Writer experienced intense hallucinations, loss of time, and found himself writing words without control or remembering doing so. "Do not partake of the fruit!"

Geography

Located deep in Tympi's Forest on the east side of the path that divides The Gates. The village is situated near a lake, and a small stream connects the lake to Spenolt's River.
