Vallance - Northside

On the coast of the Grand Duchy of Oberlan stands an immense beacon of trade and civilisation, the largest city for miles around. Some call it the City of a Thousand Islands, the shining jewel of the Archduke. It is better known as Vallance. More specifically, the Northside of Vallance.
Many influential buildings lie within the confines of this canalled city. Some of the most noticeable of which being the Temple District, the North and South Markets, the Estate District and of course the Isle of Shadows.
Whilst the Northside of Vallance is by no means free from squalor, it's counterpart on the Southern shore is most certainly the worse off of the two. Southside Vallance is unfortunately the lesser-guarded and lesser-funded of the two distinct city areas, and has become a breeding ground for criminal organisations.
