Vallance - Southside

The less reputable half of Vallance, famed for its' crime and squalor and rarely visited by the inhabitants of Northside. The destitute Southside and it's inhabitants continue to suffer whilst the gangs that operate there make enormous profits.
It is divided into different gangs/factions that all fight amongst each other for control. The Thieves Guild claims they have control over it. The Black Hat gang are amongst those fighting for control. The Rat King has had an influence in the Southside for 100s of years. The Green Daggers are another gang on the Southside.
