Confined in their underground fortress for the past century, the members of the Enclave Eden Compound have gone through a series of drastic reforms to their political hierarchy and core beliefs. A modern interpretation of the Latin Vulgate Bible through an extreme scientific lense has led them to draw some dangerous conclusions about the current state of the world. Believing it is their divine mission to cleanse the Great Dust Bowl of the corruption to humanity they prepare to embark on a mission of genocide and forcible conversion to their beliefs.

Starting the Dunwich War in an aggressive move to capture as much territory as possible at once, they have managed to occupy several key strategic locations while they bide their time for the true objective of destroying the ghoul Syndicate. Using Nuka City as a base of operations to keep attention away from the Eden Compound, they collect and adapt the technologies they managed to secure from Vault 169 and the Wreck of the Shuguang. With long term aims of restarting civilization, they begin recruiting from the public to fill various positions in the military and civilian workplace. Although these extreme anti-mutant views are hard for most people living in the wasteland to adapt to overnight, most are more than willing to put their morality aside for the benefits working with the organization brings into their lives. Even those with no love for the Enclave find themselves in a position of choosing between their New World Order and answering the Call of the Deep One..
