Lothtor, runs a group of paranormal investigators, knowledge seekers, ghost hunters, and dark magic addicts known as the Ku'un. Based out of their stronghold, the Nightmare Terminal, they travel between The Void and The Orion. After The Convulsion of Reality void magic has run rampant. A nearby neighborhood has become a ghost town overnight. Perplexed by this mystery, Lothor asks The Agitators, the Ku'un, and other brave souls to venture into the neighborhood and find answers.

This adventure makes heavy use of the Madness rules from the DMG. Short-term, long-term, and permanent madness are all possible outcomes for the characters involved in this adventure.

For this Halloween One-Shot

• You need a 5th-level character
• You may play your main character, but you must be ok with the consequences (good and bad)
• You may level up your Icra (including Crix, I never should have excluded them) from CC: One Shot: Weird Science Report
• You may create a new character using the rules below

• All classes from the PHB, XGtE, and Tasha's are fair game. If you would like something outside of that, please consult with me first.
• You may use point-buy or standard array for stats.
• You may select one feat for free
• You may select one common magic item for free
• You start with 500 creds

Your character is a member of the Ku'un and must meet the following criteria

• Must have the explorer, haunted one, or investigator background OR proficiency in investigation or survival
• Linguistics: You gain the ability to read the language of The Abstract ontop of all other languages
• Eye of the abnormal: you gain the following trait for free: +2 passive perception to notice hidden entrances, ruins, ancient inscriptions, or other similar elements
