With Feris the Renewer busy controlling The Orion, the Corporate Council stepped in to manage the governance of The Orion. Originally comprised of Hadescorp, Scorpio Electrics, and Tagera Group, they were forced to offer a seat to the Brass Bloods when the gang proved uncontrollable in Ring 6: Plague Borough.
