Ring 6: Plague Borough
The poorest of all the rings, this lower-class residential district homes most of the city's workers. Originally named for the function as a quarantine zone when leaving the homeworlds, residents fail to find a more fitting name. At the center of the ring sits a grand tower, which houses the elite guards (see OPD) responsible for ensuring "the peace" is maintained through constant surveillance and strict adherence to the law. Even with the constant police enforcement, it has been impossible to maintain order on Ring 6. As such, the Brass Bloods, a local criminal organization was negotiated with and granted a seat on the Orion Corporate Council.
