The Ascension of Arkane & creation of Afacia

The God Arkane ascended to the Heavens.

His devout followers spent these years collecting his Divine Shards and Father Gregor gave his life in a ritual to be the host to the God. His first miricle was to recreate Afacia city.   "On the outskirts of Afacia, all hear a rumble, and the ground quakes. Eyes cast fearfully towards the ruins however fill with wonder. Slowly, but surely, there is something rising. In the centre around the circles, buildings begin to rise from the ground. The effect spreads out slowly, the spirits within moving in confusion as crumbled walls rises to form a tavern, a house, a mansion. The old blocks of the keep long covered in moss vanish and are replaced by fresh walls, thick and strong. A mighty cathedral rises near the keep, and around these impressive structures do houses and roads form, spreading out from the centre in a wave. And finally do the walls themselves spring from the ground, stronger and taller than ever before. Afacia is not only restored, but the walls are stronger, the buildings are straighter, and the castle and churchs almost seem to shine with holiness. And in front of the cathedral stands a mighty statue. Those who knew him see Gregor Steinbjorn's face, almost lifelike adorning the statue, but to all who never knew him, there is but one name in their minds. Akarne. For Akarne is reborn, and his first gift is given freely to those who have served Him well".
